Tudu Privacy Policy

Account information, such as your email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and basic account settings when you create or use a Tudu account.

Content you submit to Tudu, including URLs, captions, notes, screenshots, metadata, and other context you choose to provide.

Messages sent to Tudu-owned social accounts, including Instagram direct messages, sender identifiers, message identifiers, shared Reel or post links, text, attachments, timestamps, and delivery metadata made available by Meta or other connected platforms.

Generated app data, such as extracted recommendations, watchlist items, plans, processing status, error states, and review decisions.

Technical data, such as device, browser, IP address, log data, approximate location inferred from network information, and usage events needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

To create and secure your account, authenticate requests, and provide customer support.

To receive social messages and shared links, identify the relevant sender or Tudu user, extract useful details from a Reel, post, TikTok, Short, or other submitted source, and turn that information into saved recommendations, watchlists, plans, or review-ready results.

To prevent duplicate submissions, detect abuse, troubleshoot delivery issues, monitor service reliability, and improve extraction quality.

To communicate with you about account access, product updates, privacy requests, security notices, and beta availability.

To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, privacy, safety, and security of users, Tudu, Yathaartha, and others.

If you message a Tudu-owned Instagram account or authorize Tudu through a Meta product, Tudu may receive data from Meta's Instagram APIs. This can include your Instagram-scoped sender ID, message ID, account or thread ID, message text, shared Reel or post information, attachment metadata, timestamps, and webhook delivery data.

Tudu uses this information only to process your request, connect the shared item to your Tudu account when you choose to link it, create or update app results, prevent duplicate processing, and maintain service security.

Tudu does not sell Instagram or other social platform data. Tudu does not use Instagram message content for unrelated advertising.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Tudu, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, logging, queueing, artificial intelligence, content extraction, and customer-support vendors.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when needed to investigate abuse, security incidents, or potential violations of our terms.

We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a policy with materially similar protections.

We keep account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

We keep submitted links, inbound social messages, generated results, and processing logs for as long as needed to provide Tudu, preserve your history, prevent duplicate processing, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.

We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, when you delete your account, or when we approve a deletion request, unless we are required or permitted to keep it for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You can choose not to submit a link, message, Reel, post, or note to Tudu.

You can disconnect or stop messaging a Tudu-owned social account at any time through the controls provided by the relevant platform.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If you request deletion of Meta platform data, include the Instagram account or Tudu account information needed for us to locate the data.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information through social messages or submitted links.

Tudu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Tudu, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
